LinkedIn, business growth and entrepreneurship

Analysis and methods for building a business that grows, gets structured, and eventually runs without you.

This isn't a blog of quick tips. It's what I've seen over ten years working with consultants, independents and service companies, between France and New York.

The themes

Client acquisition and LinkedIn

How a predictable flow of clients gets built, from the positioning all the way to conversion.

Growth and delegation

Doing everything yourself has a ceiling. What to delegate, what never to delegate, and in what order.

Website and digital marketing

Your site, your search visibility, your image. What to decide before you spend.

Common questions

Why do you write this blog?

Because a lot passes in front of me. Companies that run well, others wearing themselves out, owners making decisions I find sound or expensive. I write what it teaches me, without pretending it transfers straight across to you.

What do you write about?

Three themes. Client acquisition and LinkedIn, meaning how a predictable flow of clients gets built. Growth and delegation, for the point where doing everything yourself stops working. And website and digital marketing: your site, your search visibility and your image, and what to decide before you spend.

Do you give methods?

I give the direction and the reasoning, not the step by step. The idea is that you come away clearer about your own situation, even if you never buy anything from me. If you want the detailed execution, step by step, that's what the coaching and the system are for.

How often?

Every week. The articles are written to be read in one sitting and applied straight away, not to fill an editorial calendar.

Do you write in French too?

Yes, some of the articles exist in both languages. They're written separately, never translated, because an American reader and a French reader don't respond to the same arguments.

Is this for independents or for companies?

Both. A solo consultant and an owner with fifteen people often run into the same problem in different forms, and that's precisely what interests me.

Can I suggest a subject?

Yes, write to me. The best articles usually come out of a question someone asked me on a call.

Would you rather just talk it through?

We look together at where you are, what's really slowing you down, and what would have the most impact first. Fifteen minutes, specific questions, and you leave with a clear read on what to do first.
