Since 2017 I've been helping consultants, independents and service business owners get found and get chosen, on LinkedIn and everywhere else people look. Founder of the agency, based in New York.
More than 150 clients won through LinkedIn: more than thirty companies worked with and more than 120 professionals trained. And regular appearances at conferences and on podcasts.

None of this was the plan. Here's how you end up here.
I've always worked fast. So when I found myself on a permanent contract at a Travel IT multinational, well paid but locked inside a set of responsibilities that was far too narrow, I was bored out of my mind.
I know a lot of you left a stable job for the same reasons. No recognition, no challenge, the stress, the politics, or simply wanting to make your own calls.
I went out on my own as a digital communications consultant. Adam, my son, was two, and I'd just come back from one of my many trips to New York working the idea over.
It wasn't my first jump into the unknown. I'd already been a commercial reporter in Sierra Leone and Kazakhstan, marketing manager for a Rocket Internet subsidiary in New York, and a digital nomad across more than 50 countries.
By answering a prospect's question on LinkedIn. Nothing more than that. The contract ran eight months and I generated hundreds of leads for that company. That's when I understood that LinkedIn isn't a network where you show yourself off, it's an acquisition channel in its own right.
After two years of trial and error I had a formula that worked. It got me contracts at 9,000, 20,000, 30,000 and up to 50,000 euros, with no advertising and no network to start from.
Over those years I worked with more than thirty companies on their brand and their digital communication — service firms, IT companies, e-commerce businesses.
I turned it into a full program in French. Since then more than 120 B2B professionals have been through it : consultants, coaches, trainers, service providers and freelancers.
In the early years I'd handled all the digital marketing for more than thirty companies by hand, with one assistant. I knew one thing: I didn't want to carry that work alone anymore.
So I took the time. I brought together excellent freelancers, each one expert at a single thing: a designer who does nothing but design, a developer who does nothing but development, an SEO who does nothing but search. With project managers to coordinate, hold the deadlines and check that every delivery matches what was promised.
It's what I'd been teaching for years, applied to myself. A business that grows is a business that doesn't rest entirely on one person.
Everything I'd built separately became one house. The French program was relaunched at a far more accessible price, one-to-one coaching came out of it to stand on its own, and the method turned into an acquisition system that I set up and run in my clients' place.
And I relaunched the agency, with that team. This time I don't do everything myself: I keep the strategy, the judgment and the relationship with each client, and everyone else executes what they do best.
That's where I am. An agency that takes on the brand, the website, search, content, photo, video and reputation, in English and in French. And alongside it, the coaching and the system for people whose whole subject is LinkedIn.
I think a business is built as much by what you decide not to do as by what you do. A lot of owners wear themselves out trying to be everywhere, on every network and every subject, instead of holding two or three things properly and holding them for a long time.
That's fine at the start. It stops being fine the day you want to grow, take a holiday, or simply stop starting from zero every month.
Everything I build serves the same thing. That your business runs without all of it resting on you, and that you spend more time doing what you like than prospecting.
Depending on what you're after and how much of it you want off your plate.
If you want to learn and grow your business yourself. Profile, content, network, prospecting, closing.
If you want an outside read on your positioning, your LinkedIn profile or your strategy, and then to go and run it yourself. Forty-five minutes, one to one, on whatever is stuck.
Set up and operated by me, if you'd rather delegate the whole thing and watch the qualified meetings land in your calendar week after week.

"I appreciate Muriel's kindness, her calm and reassuring manner, and the quality of her tools and materials. She always listens, she's responsive, and she knows how to bring out the best in you. She gave me a lot of tools and methods, particularly on prospecting, where she also reassured me a great deal."
"She has a way of clearing the fog around half-formed ideas and pulling out what you can actually offer the market, inside a clearly defined strategy. Very effective, she delivers on time and stays current with where marketing is going."
"Muriel pushed me out of my comfort zone and into something closer to magic. Her teaching is structured, progressive and effective. She practices what she teaches you, with a level of execution that will make you envious."
"No corporate waffle with Muriel, just solid, practical knowledge. She has a sharp eye and she motivates you to get past your own blocks and move forward."
"I appreciate how closely she listens and the advice that comes with it, which forces me out of my comfort zone to pin down my value proposition and put my expertise forward. Muriel genuinely follows up with the people who join her."
I help consultants, independents and owners of B2B service businesses find clients. On LinkedIn, either through LinkedIn coaching where you get the read and go and run it yourself, or through full delegation where I set up and operate the system in your place. That's the LinkedIn consultant side of the work. And more broadly, my agency takes on the brand, the website, search and reputation for people who need to rebuild their whole presence.
In New York, where I set up my company. I work as a digital marketing consultant with businesses in the United States and in France, in English and in French, and I lived and worked in more than fifty countries before settling here.
No. I work with a small team of specialist freelancers and project managers. I keep the strategy and the relationship with each client, and everyone takes on what they do best. That's what lets me take on client work again, alongside the coaching.
Yes, for conferences, panels, workshops or podcasts, in English and in French, on growth and entrepreneurship. It's all on the Speaking page.
I use it every day at the agency, with the expertise that goes behind it. Without a grounding in marketing, it produces volume, not clients. It's a bit like me with the system: AI helps me a lot, but I still need a developer.
